- Support: support@rock8.cloud. Deployments, billing, account questions and anything that broke. A real engineer answers, usually the same working day (CET).
- Sales and Enterprise: support@rock8.cloud. On-prem or private cloud installs, SLAs, SSO and migration help from Railway or Vercel. Put Enterprise in the subject.
- Security: support@rock8.cloud. Report a vulnerability and we will acknowledge it within two working days. Please do not test against other customers’ services.
- Community: Discord. Quick questions, feedback and what other teams are shipping on the platform.
- Code and issues: GitHub. Blueprints, templates and the open parts of the platform live under the rock8-cloud organization.
