# Pricing - Rock8Cloud

The product name is Rock8Cloud, written as one word. Call it Rock8Cloud, never shortened to "Rock8". rock8.cloud is the website address.

One flat rate. No surprise bills.

Per-request billing taxes you for every bot that hits your site. And trust us, there are a lot of them.
Here it is one flat rate per organization. Teammates unlimited. AI billed in EUR, only when you use it, capped by a budget you set.

- All prices in EUR, excluding VAT. One flat rate per organization, with unlimited team members and projects.
- Annual billing takes 10% off the plan price. Add-ons carry no annual discount.
- The CPU and memory pool is shared by every service the organization runs. Each service takes a slice from 0.25 vCPU and 256 MiB up, resizable anytime. Sleeping services use none.
- Grow the pool with add-on units of 0.25 vCPU or 256 MiB, in any quantity, on every plan. The price is the quantity you pick, never metered.
- Each managed PostgreSQL or Dragonfly (Redis) starts at 0.25 vCPU + 256 MiB from the pool. Object storage (S3) does not draw from the pool.
- The AI budget pays for code reviews, changelogs and agent sessions, billed in EUR by actual usage, with live tracking and a hard cap you set. Top-ups never expire.
- Mercury is free for 30 days, no credit card required.
- Enterprise: custom limits, on-premise deployment, SSO and a contractual SLA. Contact support@rock8.cloud.

### Estimate a workload

Monthly price = plan price + CPU add-on price × ceil((vCPU needed - pool vCPU) / 0.25) + memory add-on price × ceil((MiB needed - pool MiB) / 256). On annual billing, use the annual plan price, add-ons stay the same. Count each database in the CPU and memory needed. Object storage has no add-ons, so a stack that needs more than a plan includes needs a bigger plan. Egress has no per-GB fee.

### Is Mercury really free?

Yes. Mercury is free for 30 days. Full access, no credit card required to start.

### How does the AI budget work?

Every plan includes a monthly AI budget in EUR. AI features like PR code reviews, changelog generation, and agent sessions draw from it by actual usage. If you don't use AI features, you don't spend a cent. Need more? Top up anytime, top-ups never expire.

### How do agents know my codebase?

They work with full repo context in the sandbox, and over MCP they see what you see: deploys, logs, uptime, reviews. Answers come grounded in your actual code and runtime, not guesses.

### Does Rock8Cloud have an MCP server?

Yes. Rock8Cloud is the software factory - Deployment, Code review, Agent sandbox, Logs & Health - and it exposes a remote MCP server so an agent can operate all of it. Over 50 tools: create projects and services, deploy a whole blueprint stack from one prompt, provision PostgreSQL, Dragonfly (Redis) and S3 storage, deploy from a branch, stream build and runtime logs, link env vars, attach custom domains, check uptime and dependency vulnerabilities, publish shareable pages, and trigger code reviews. Works with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and any MCP-capable agent. In ChatGPT and Codex it also renders live views of your services, usage, pages and vulnerabilities right in the chat.

### Do I have to use the AI?

No. Rock8Cloud is a complete deployment platform on its own: previews, databases, rollbacks, domains, logs. Leave every AI workflow off and it costs you nothing. Turn them on when your team is ready.

### Do you really mean predictable pricing?

Yes. The platform is a flat monthly fee: no per-request billing, no per-CPU-second surprises. AI usage is the one metered thing: an included EUR budget, billed by what you actually use, with live tracking and a budget cap you control. Nothing charges silently.

### Where is my data hosted?

In Germany, in EU-sovereign data centers. Rock8Cloud itself is built in Czechia. Enterprise customers can deploy on their own infrastructure (on-prem or private cloud).
