## Where to write

- **Support:** [support@rock8.cloud](mailto:support@rock8.cloud). Deployments, billing, account questions and anything that broke. A real engineer answers, usually the same working day (CET).
- **Sales and Enterprise:** [support@rock8.cloud](mailto:support@rock8.cloud?subject=Enterprise). On-prem or private cloud installs, SLAs, SSO and migration help from Railway or Vercel. Put Enterprise in the subject.
- **Security:** [support@rock8.cloud](mailto:support@rock8.cloud?subject=Security). Report a vulnerability and we will acknowledge it within two working days. Please do not test against other customers' services.
- **Community:** [Discord](https://discord.gg/Y8eS72nBbn). Quick questions, feedback and what other teams are shipping on the platform.
- **Code and issues:** [GitHub](https://github.com/rock8-cloud). Blueprints, templates and the open parts of the platform live under the rock8-cloud organization.
